Step 1 — Browse Our Collections

Explore our range of men's fashion including shirts, chinos, cargo pants, joggers, and accessories. Use the navigation menu or our collection pages to find what you're looking for. You can filter by product type, colour, and size.

Step 2 — Choose Your Size

Every product page includes a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still unsure? Contact us at support@neosunglasses.co.uk and we'll help you choose.

Step 3 — Add to Cart & Checkout

Once you've found your item, select your size and colour, then click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout. You'll enter your shipping address and payment details on a secure checkout page.

Step 4 — Payment

We accept multiple secure payment methods at checkout. All prices are in GBP (£). No additional fees are added after checkout.

Step 5 — Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Step 6 — Dispatch & Tracking

Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. You can track your parcel anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Step 7 — Receiving Your Order

Most orders arrive within 9–14 business days. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or that you have a safe place for delivery.
